On September 12, 2014 RingCentral alerted us to an issue with the most recent version of the Cisco SPA 525G2 desk phone. Some phones recently delivered by Cisco’s distributor may have issues with the Presence feature. If you’ve recently ordered this model, or are experiencing Presence issues, please contact us.
If you’ve purchased this model of phone previously and are not seeing Presence issues, there is no reason for concern and no action is needed.
