New Office 365 SKUs and Features

With the release  of Microsoft Office 2013, Microsoft is introducing a new annual subscription model for home and business use:
 
Office 365 Home Premium
At the cost of $99.99 a year or $8.33 per month, the Office 365 Home Premium suite is a new non-commercial subscription alternative to the one time flat fee for the standard Office suite.  One subscription of Office 365 Home Premium can be used to install Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access, and Publisher) on up to 5 different devices. Your documents, settings, and preferences can be synched across the cloud and accessible from any of your devices.  Exclusive to this subscription model is the availability of 20GB of storage for documents with SkyDrive Plus and up to 60 minutes of free international landline calls per month via Skype.
 
Office 365 Small Business
For small businesses with up to 10 employees,


Office 365 Small Business offers Lync Online, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online. Lync Online is a messaging service that will provide companies HD video conferencing. Exchange Online provides each user a 25 GB mailbox, the ability to share folders, plus virus and spam protection. SharePoint Online provides company team sites for sharing files and data in up to 10GB of central cloud storage plus 500MB for every user. Pricing is not yet available for this product and will be announced soon.
 
Office 365 Small Business Premium
For small businesses up to 10 employees, Office 365 Business Premium can be bought at $149.99 per user per year or at $12.50 per user per month. Along with all the features provided in Office 365 Small Business, the Premium subscription is packaged with Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, Access, Lync, and InfoPath) for download on up to 5 devices for each user.
 
Office 365 ProPlus
The ProPlus subscription plan provides the Office Professional Plus 2013 client suite on a monthly subscription basis. Users will have access to Word, Excel, Access, InfoPath, OneNote, PowerPoint, Lync, and Publisher. Depending on the plan you purchase, the subscription license may include access to SharePoint Online and Office Web Apps.
 
Office 365 Midsize Business
This subscription is priced at $15 per user per month for organizations with 11-250 users. More details and pricing to be released soon.
 
Office 365 Enterprise & Government
Office 365 E3 plan has been renamed Office 365 Enterprise & Government. Pricing remains the same: $20 per user per month. More details and pricing to be released soon.
 
Office 365 University
If you are a student, faculty member, or staff, Office 365 University is available for you at $79.99 for a four year subscription. More details to be announced as they are made available.
