Windows Server 2008 R2 Print Server Driver Fix

Our fearless Engineer Brian was having a problem trying to add printer drivers to Windows Server 2008 R2, and he uncovered a fix for a grayed out "Additional Drivers" option. Try this as a fix:

  1. Open regedit
  2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciessystem 
  3. Right-click a blank area in the right pane 
  4. Click New 
  5. Click DWORD Value 
  6. Type: LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy 
  7. Double-click the item you just created 
  8. Type 1 into the box 
  9. Quit regedit, restart the server
