Job Description

INFINIT Consulting, Inc. is looking for a Senior Network/Systems Engineer excited to work in a fast-paced position designing and maintaining reliable, scalable and secure Windows servers in a highly available Active Directory environment. The position requires understanding of web servers, SQL Server databases and database servers along with detailed knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint and virtualization.

Duties & Responsibilities

 *   Network security audits and security plan design and implementation
 *   Implementation of corporate firewall and VPN technologies
 *   Develop strategic IT plans for customers while identifying key IT services to support business objectives
 *   Deployment and management of hosting and colocation environment including web, email, database, e-commerce hosting, virus and spam scanning, colocation service delivery, managed services, & colocation design
 *   Disaster Recovery and Business Contingency Planning
 *   IT Project lead and Project Management for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
 *   Acquisition projects for publicly traded company.  M&A IT consolidation ranging from 100 to more than 2500 employees in size with locations in US, Asia and Europe
 *   Experience with SOX 404 compliance. Lead to successfully pass annual SOX compliance
 *   Project Lead for Enterprise Active Directory and Exchange Projects including planning, migration and deployment
 *   Identity management project including the integration of multiple separate Active Directory and Exchange organizations
 *   Design, deploy, and implement new ERP system, time and expense system, SharePoint, Exchange, RMS, EA agreement, SAN/NAS with remote replication, deployed to an outside datacenter and accessed globally over an MPLS-L3 network unifying the enterprise's systems worldwide
 *   Experience with RDP projects included MOSS 2007 enterprise portal design & migrations, business workflow design using SharePoint V3, & identity management integration with MOSS 2007
 *   Write corporate upgrade plans and fallback procedures. SOX process control RCM's and Narratives, architecture design plans, M&A integration process for IT and finance systems, and UAT and functional test documentation
 *   Speaking engagements on various technologies

Qualifications

The list of desired experience includes:

 *   Multiple IT certifications including Microsoft MCSE, Citrix/VMWare, and Cisco
 *   Advanced skills and experience in developing the project approach/solution (to achieve prospective client objectives) including creating project plans outlining needed resources, tasks and time estimates. Previous pre-sales experience with a Consulting/Professional Services company is REQUIRED.
 *   Extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting a multi-site Exchange 2003 and 2007 environment.
 *   5 plus years proven experience in implementing, configuring and maintaining Windows server and Active Directory architecture
 *   Five plus years recent experience in TCP/IP connectivity and troubleshooting; installation and trouble shooting of business application software and Operating Systems
 *   Working experience on SAN and NAS Storage technologies desired
 *   Experienced and efficient in entrepreneurship and business growth strategies
 *   Experienced manager of international IT projects with organizations of all sizes and in diverse industries including defining scope of work and coordination of necessary resources; development of improved and efficient IT environments creating productive work teams; and reconciling the interests of competing, sometimes antagonistic parties
 *   Technical writing of designed corporate upgrade plans, fallback procedures and press articles

Benefits

Full-time employment is based on thirty one (31) hours or more per week. Benefit coverage, if elected, becomes effective after the introductory period of ninety (90) days after the hire date.
